We are no ordinary co-working space. The majority of our team members work in the field of green tech. If you are also interested in this field, you will definitely meet like-minded people here. We are also not an open space building with 50, 100 or more desks. It's more of a family atmosphere. We value a pleasant atmosphere and the fact that everyone can do their work effectively, but also knows the rest of the team on a first-name basis.

How quickly can I become a member?
You can book the day pass on the same day - assuming we have availability. We process new membership applications in a few days.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we transparently show you what your preferred rate includes. Cleaning costs, internet or other additional costs are included.
How fast is the Internet in the Innovation Hub?
We offer you highspeed wifi with up to 10 gigabyte speed.
Is a conference room available?
Yes, we have a conference room with modern flat screen and whiteboard that can be used by arrangement. Also for meetings with external visitors.
Is there a kitchen that can be used?
Yes of course. We are happy if you use our kitchen. Be it for the coffee break in between or the lunch break. We have an induction stove for those who like to cook, as well as an oven and microwave.
Our coffee machine grinds fresh coffee and there is also a milk frother for those who prefer a cappuccino.
You can use the refrigerator, sit in the kitchen or on the adjacent balcony.
How do I get access to the building and the offices?
During normal office hours, we are happy to let you in at any time.
What access you get regardless depends on the plan you choose.
Can I rent an entire office space in the Innovation Hub?
No. We do not offer private office space. We have several rooms with workstations, but do not offer permanent dedicated space.
